At Salon Om, we hope to create a positive and peaceful atmosphere. These policies are in place so that you as a client can enjoy your experience to the fullest. 

 

Arrivals 

We ask that you please arrive on time so that you can get the most out of your appointment. Remember to allow plenty of time to find parking as we don't want you to feel rushed getting to your appointment-especially in the busy summer months! ​There is street parking by the salon or a paid parking lot across the street. ​

 

Cancelation/Rescheduling​

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.  Your health and wellness are important to us! We understand that illness is unpredictable so if you are feeling sick, please feel free to call and reschedule your appointment. ​

 

Walk-ins​

We currently do not take any walk-in appointments. However, we offer a selection of Aveda hair and face products that are available for walk-ins to purchase.​
